Lots of exciting news from Partner for Mental Health Charlottesville for Mental Health Awareness May! On April 26th, the navigator team supported the recent graduates of the program by attending the event at Albemarle District Court. The docket celebrated their five year anniversary at the event as the first successful court diversion program in the area helping individuals with mental health challenges get a second chance.
